BOOKING FAQ

Q: Can I book you to come to my house?
A: We can't pull up to your curb or park in your driveway. You would need to look into a special event license with the city and if they approved you should discuss with your home insurance carrier next.

Q: Do you offer a set menu?

A: We do! Typically we offer 'any 3 items' from the slider, fries and milkshake menus, but we will work with you to create something unique for your event. Our 2024 price for 'any 3 items' is $24 per person. 


Q: Do you do weddings?

A: We prefer not to book weddings unless they are local. We would be devastated to ruin your big day because of the 100 things that can go wrong in a kitchen rattling around in the back of a truck with half a million km on it. "We served our guests microwaved weenies because some food truck's axle broke" is maybe not a story you want to tell your friends...or maybe it is, in which case let's proceed.


Q: How far in advance do you book?

A: We avoid booking further than 12 months in advance due to fluctuating food/fuel costs.


Q: Can you prepare a different menu for us?

A: VIHA needs to approve your menu and this takes time. Let us know well in advance.


Q: Do you have a calendar of when you are available?

A: Not yet. Just reach out and we can let you know if we are available. Please note: July weekends are booked with community events.


Q: How big is a slider? Aren't sliders tiny?

A: Our sliders weigh just shy of 1/3 pound each. 3 sliders is a LOT of food!


Q: Do you have a minimum charge?

A: Yes. Weekdays we charge a minimum of 30 people. Weekends are 50. Summer Weekends are 100. For the cost per person, contact us.


Q: Do you close any part of the year?

A: We won't book anything between December 15th and February 15th due to weather. 


Q: We have guests with dietary restrictions. What can you offer?

A: We have vegan and gluten free options available. Talk to us about what you need.
