Work with one of Nanaimo's top food trucks
this spring and summer 2024!
We are looking for someone that:
- Has at least 1 year experience in a kitchen working with the grill or a deep fryer
- Has access to reliable transportation
- Can lift 50 pounds
- Can handle a hot kitchen in tight quarters
- Has food safe or knows the tenets of food safety and importance of following it
- Has decent knife handling skills
- Is happy to engage the public
- Is a team player
- Is available most Thursday evenings from 4PM-9PM June to September
We are offering that someone:
- $20-$24 /hr depending on experience
- Equal part of the tip pool - which averages an additional $10/h
- 8-24+ hours a week across 3-5 shifts per week
- Discounted/Free food
